You could spend the time to open every Revit file in order to update the Project Startup page information OR you could edit the information within a single Excel file and be done. Ideate Sticky lets you link an Excel file into a Revit file; whenever the Excel file is updated, the Revit file will also update.
Learn how to save time by managing your Revit tips and Project Startup pages from Excel via Ideate Sticky in this Help File topic. Note that this work can now be done by a non-Revit user! Anyone who knows Excel can now be tasked with managing this information.
