Bluebeam Revu 21.0.30 Update Breaks Ideate Sticky for Revit

Yesterday, it was brought to our attention that the latest update for Bluebeam Revu 21, dated March 28, 2023, causes Ideate Sticky to stop working. Two customers yesterday reported this condition to us and were able restore Ideate Sticky functionality by using either of these methods:
- Rolling back to the previous version of Bluebeam 21
- Disabling Revit from Bluebeam Administrator
