You may have heard the exciting news about the May 2020 updates to Ideate Sticky that include the ability to live-link Word and PDF documents into Revit projects. Want to see it in action? Check out the recording of our 30-minute webinar, What’s New in Ideate Sticky.
Since its inception in 2015, Ideate Sticky has elegantly linked Excel spreadsheets into Revit projects. This year, in direct response to customer requests and comments on the Autodesk Ideas Forum, we expanded the support to include Word and PDF documents. This new functionality works with the current version of Revit (2021) as well as the three prior versions (2020-2018).
Watch this recording for demonstrations and discussions on linking different types of documents into Revit files as well as other new features, including:
- The ability to select and update multiple Stickies at once
- The option to have Stickies appear in black and white
- The ability to link Excel files into Revit as images when greater visual fidelity is needed
