Tip #1: Place Multiple Views Quickly

· In the project browser, select a view and set its properties

· From the IdeateSoftware ribbon, select Ideate ViewCreator

· Select Apply Dependents

· Apply the preset properties to a selection of other building areas

· Rename views as needed

Tip #2: Populate Viewports in a Sheet

Drag and drop Views from the left side of the SheetManager dialog to the right side of the dialog, which lists all the Sheets. You can easily see which viewports are assigned to specfic Sheets, and you can quickly move viewports between Sheets.

Tip #3: Quickly Rename Sheets in Numerical Sequence

· Select the sheets you want to rename in SheetManager

· Right click and select Rename

· Right click and select ReNumber Down to renumber the sheets in numerical sequence
