Recently I spent a busy week in Singapore attending, exhibiting, and presenting at Build Tech Asia 2023 as well as meeting with representatives from several architecture and engineering firms during a city tour with BIMAGE Consulting, Ideate Software’s partner in the area.
With more than 4,000 attendees throughout the three-day event, the conference was a success.
We had a steady flow of construction professionals, engineers, architects, and BIM and Revit enthusiasts at the booth we shared with BIMAGE Consulting. Conversations were lively as we learned about Revit challenges and shared how our products can address those challenges.
In addition to spending time one-on-one or in small groups with people who visited our booth, I also had the opportunity to deliver a 20-minute presentation called, “Enhance Your Revit BIM Deliverables with Ideate Software” at a session crowded with people looking to increase their company’s competitiveness by accelerating the adoption of digitalized solutions and smart technologies.
Following the conference, my colleagues from BIMAGE and I hit the streets and visited several customers and prospective customers. I especially like this type of meeting because there are limited distractions and people seem to be very comfortable in familiar surroundings, which can increase engagement. Thank you to BIMAGE for setting up most of the appointments!
