A year of leaps and bounds – looking back at 2024

2024 was an amazing year of unprecedented growth and positive change for Ideate Software, and a win for Ideate Software customers worldwide. Here’s a concise look back at the year’s highlights.

Ideate Software Joined Graitec Group

Making the headlines, was our acquisition by Graitec Group, a renowned global software company that specializes in providing innovative solutions for the construction, architecture and engineering industries. With a European base and deep knowledge of structure and construction, Graitec has opened the door for Ideate Software to expand its offerings and strengthen it relationships worldwide.

We Launched Webinars in New Languages

Ideate Software applications have been available in French, German, and Spanish to name a few available languages, and now we’ve added webinars to match. To date we’ve hosted webinars in France, Germany, Spain, Poland, Romania, and the UK during business hours in their corresponding time zones, as well as in French Canada. Highlights include:

15@15 Made Learning more Efficient than Ever

Customers told us they wanted a quick and easy method to pick up essential Ideate Software tips. With our 15@15 series, we delivered. These 15-minute webinars outline step-by-step answers to users’ most frequently asked questions. Also, being delivered by our amazing Graitec UK team at local time. View the entire 15@15 playlist.

Our June 2024 Release Included Major Enhancements

Ideate Automation continued to gain traction, with the latest release focused on user-centric upgrades aimed at streamlining workflows and enhancing usability. One standout improvement was the complete reconstruction of Ideate Explorer, optimized for high-resolution displays, enabling users to swiftly select elements and access critical information.  As always, we aligned with the latest release of Revit, but we also updated all our software on the 3 previous releases of Revit.  Our latest updates are available for Revit 2022 through Revit 2025. Our Ideate Automation application supports Revit 2020 through Revit 2025.

In addition to our major June 2024 release, we also updated Ideate BIMLink, Ideate Explorer, IdeateApps and Ideate Automation with a point release in September 2024.
