We recommend that network license customers plan on renewing 30 days or prior to the contract renewal date to ensure a smooth transition. Standalone licensing should be renewed at least 7 days in advance of the contract renewal date.

The contract renewal date is listed on your original invoice. This date may differ from the software expiration date, which can be found under Help>Ideate [Software] License.
