Ideate Software solutions are sold as subscription-based licensing. Your existing license may expire on or shortly after your subscription contract renewal date. We recommend that network license customers plan on renewing 30 days or prior to the contract renewal date to ensure a smooth transition. Standalone licensing should be renewed at least 7 days in advance of the contract renewal date.
