How HKR Architects Transformed Modular Workflows Using Ideate Automation

HKR Architects took on one of the world’s largest modular residential-led mixed-use projects in Saudi Arabia, spanning nearly one square mile with 70 residential buildings and housing for 23,000 people. Faced with nearly 1,000 models requiring rigorous quality checks, the team turned to Ideate Automation and the Ideate Software suite of Revit plugins to streamline their workflows.

By automating tasks such as parameter filling, PDF exports, and model health checks, HKR reduced manual labor, improved consistency, and gained time for design and coordination. The integration of Ideate Automation with tools like Ideate BIMLink also enabled better data management, visualization, and compliance tracking, significantly increasing project efficiency.
