This week, I had the pleasure of meeting with the pdx Revit User Group at the fabulous Portland AIA to share Excel knowledge gleaned from years of trial and error in my role at Ideate Software. Many people in the room contributed to the discussion both from a technical standpoint and by providing examples of how they use Excel in their Architecture, Engineering, and Construction workflows.
My favorite new tip came from Ideate Software’s Jesika DiGregorio…I did not know that you can use “Alt+Enter” within a formula to help visually organize complex nested formulas without impacting the results!
Thanks to all who attended, welcomed me to your group, and shared your expertise.
