As a workaround to activate a Standalone license, you may perform a ‘manual activation’. If your PC does in fact have internet, you can follow the steps just as they are shown in the video.
Cloud Network licenses must be able to contact the cloud license server directly in order to function, so a manual activation will not work for them.
