Ideate Dashboard is our new cloud-based service that provides just-in-time information about Revit warnings within the BIM 360 project environment.

Companies with employees who work from home, disparate offices, or consultants in different locations use BIM 360. Until now, to view the Revit warnings in those BIM 360 projects, users would have to open each of the projects in Revit. Now, with Ideate Dashboard, that is no longer the case. With information about Revit warnings on the BIM 360 home page, your whole team will have easy access to relevant, actionable data and the ability to fix problems more quickly.

Watch this short video to learn about Ideate Dashboard and see demonstrations on how Ideate Dashboard will save you time and enhance your model health by providing:

  • Relevant, curated actionable data on the BIM 360 Project home page
  • Quick access to Revit warnings information for all BIM 360 projects through a Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
  • A stacked ranking of the five worst Revit files in terms of warning count within a given project
  • A warnings per megabyte file size metric of the five worst Revit files within a BIM 360 project
